Marlen D. Whitley, (Spouse of SHB Member, Laura Whitley), became partner with Thompson & Knight (02/16/2011). A member of the corporate and securities practice group with Thompson & Knight. He represents and advises clients in corporate finance, acquisitions, mergers, and large global infrastructure projects. He also prepares public offerings and private placements of securities and negotiates private equity financings.
